Low energy consumption keeps running costs down, and the electronic control system ensures reliable, continuous operation. Thin, dry ice scraped from a rotating evaporator. It wraps around the product and cools fast thanks to its large contact surface. Used instead of water in dough kneading and concrete mixing.
