What capacity of ice machine do I need?
We calculate your daily ice consumption and add a 20 percent margin. For example, for a fish market using 4 tons of ice a day we recommend a 5-ton machine. Just tell us your application and approximate consumption, and we do the calculation.
Which ice type suits my business?
Flake ice is used in fish and food processing, block ice for long-distance shipping, cube ice in hotels and restaurants, and tube ice for packaged ice sales. If you are not sure, choose "Other" in the form and we will decide together.
What is the delivery time?
Standard models are delivered in 2 to 4 weeks, and custom high-capacity machines in 6 to 10 weeks. We state the exact time in the quote.
Do you handle installation?
Yes. Across Türkiye our own team installs and commissions the machine and shows your staff how to operate and clean it. For projects abroad, remote support and on-site installation are both available.
How do warranty and service work?
Our machines come with a 2-year warranty. We keep frequently replaced spare parts in stock in Izmir. To report a fault, reach our technician by phone or WhatsApp.
How much power and water does a machine use?
Consumption depends on capacity, ice type and cooling method. The quote states the power rating and daily water requirement of the selected model.
Do you sell internationally?
Yes. We export our machines and ship them with the required documents and an English or French user manual. Export-registered sales are also possible on request.
