What is a cube ice machine?

A cube ice machine freezes water on a chilled evaporator to produce regular ice cubes. It runs fully automatically: it takes in water, freezes it, drops the cubes into an insulated bin and repeats the cycle. One ice cycle takes about 15 minutes.
The cubes are clear and hard; they melt slowly in the glass and do not spoil the taste of the drink. The insulated bin and lid keep the ice for a long time. That is why it is the choice of hotels, restaurants, cafes, bars and food businesses.
We build the machines at our facility in İzmir. The 250KU, 500KU and 1000KU models give you from 250 kg to 1000 kg of cube ice a day, with Tecumseh compressors, air-cooled condensers and R404A refrigerant. For larger needs we build custom solutions.
