What is a clear ice machine?
Glass-clear block ice that melts slowly
A clear ice machine freezes water layer by layer while it is moving. No air bubbles or white core stay in the ice, so it comes out glass-clear.
Clear ice melts slower and keeps every drink tasting right. It gives cocktails and whisky a premium look, and it is odorless, tasteless and perfectly pure. Ideal for bars, hotels, restaurants and cafés.
We build the machine at our facility in İzmir. It is a single model with 2, 4, 6 or 8 molds, and one ice cycle takes 48 - 80 hours. The standard block size is 100 × 50 × 25 cm and can be changed on request.
